1. Professional Advisory Scope
OPIVAMP provides strategic consulting services consisting of grant and funding opportunity research, proposal drafting, application narrative architecture, funding pipeline planning, and post-award reporting advisory. Engagements are governed by mutually agreed individual Statements of Work (SOW) or written proposals specifying exact deliverables and timelines.
2. Explicit Disclaimer of Funding Guarantees
OPIVAMP does not guarantee grant awards, funding disbursements, or award amounts. All funding decisions are made solely and independently by external foundations, corporate giving committees, public agencies, and government awarding officers based on subjective evaluations, competing pools of applicants, and internal fiscal allocations outside of OPIVAMP's control.
3. Client Responsibilities & Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, and complete organizational data, financial statements, tax filings, program metrics, and supporting documentation. OPIVAMP relies on client-provided representations when developing proposals and is not responsible for omissions, misrepresentations, or submission disqualifications resulting from inaccurate client data.
4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment for contracted advisory services, the client retains full ownership of completed grant narratives, application drafts, and project deliverables created specifically for their organization. OPIVAMP retains ownership of its proprietary research methodologies, pipeline templates, and assessment frameworks.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OPIVAMP's liability arising from any consulting engagement shall be strictly limited to the total consulting fees paid by the client to OPIVAMP for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
